Real-World Experience. Neurodiversity-Affirming Insight. Inclusive Strategy That Works.

I’m the founder of The Infinite Mindset, a consultancy and coaching practice that brings lived experience and evidence-based frameworks into corporate inclusion.

I specialize in helping organizations create environments where neurodivergent employees can thrive, digital spaces are accessible by design, and bias is replaced with informed, human-centered practice.

As a late-diagnosed AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD) adult navigating the world with photophobia, RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria), and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), I bring a unique perspective to my work: I intimately understand the internal realities and sensory sensitivities of being neurodivergent in environments not always designed for us, and I also grasp the systems, expectations, and language of corporate workplaces.

I’m also a certified coach, offering 1:1 support for neurodivergent professionals and consultation for managers seeking to lead with clarity and care.

Inclusion isn’t a checkbox, it’s a mindshift that empowers organizations to think differently about difference, embrace complexity, and grow more resilient, innovative teams. I have lived insight, professional traiing, and an unwavering belief in human potential.
