Real-World Experience. Neurodiversity-Affirming Insight. Inclusive Strategy That Works.

I’m the founder of The Infinite Mindset, a consultancy and coaching practice that brings lived experience and evidence-based frameworks into corporate inclusion.
I specialize in helping organizations create environments where neurodivergent employees can thrive, digital spaces are accessible by design, and bias is replaced with informed, human-centered practice.
As a late-diagnosed AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD) adult navigating the world with photophobia, RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria), and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), I bring a unique perspective to my work: I intimately understand the internal realities and sensory sensitivities of being neurodivergent in environments not always designed for us, and I also grasp the systems, expectations, and language of corporate workplaces.
I’m also a certified coach, offering 1:1 support to neurodivergent people and consultation for managers who want to lead with clarity and care. My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real life, not forcing people into systems that were never designed for them. Together, we identify what is getting in the way, make space for strengths and needs, and develop strategies that create more clarity, confidence, and sustainable momentum.
Inclusion isn’t a checkbox, it’s a mindshift that empowers organizations to think differently about difference, embrace complexity, and grow more resilient, innovative teams. I have lived insight, professional traiing, and an unwavering belief in human potential.
